I need to create a copier with martingale features

Basic copier features :

-to be very fast and can copy trade within 1 sec

-multi masters and slaves

-copy between suffix and non-suffix pairs

-has lot multiplier and fixed lot and risk percent

-accept pending orders

-max accepted slippage for entry and close

-All buys must close as soon as any buy closed by master

-All sells must close as soon as any sell closed by master

Martingale features and the reason for the needed expert and example is attached in a pdf file (please read it carefully)
