Create a new indicator

I need a custom indicator that is been optimized specifically to trade Crudeoil Intraday with 5M or 15M period that can give 20Ticks on a confirmed entry.
it can be a an indicator derived from a combination of inbuilt + custom indicators or a standalone indicator
or an EA like RENKO. Prefer a clean window with a non repainting B/S arrows, Targets and SL + alerts.
