Post User Events To Web Hook

I'm looking for someone who can code in MQL4 to take all the user-driven events such as Buy, Sell, Order transactions and post them to a HTTPS web hook.

I am also looking to find out if it is possible to take events such as drawing a straight line, adding Fibonacci retracement?

I'll be able to answer specific questions on Skype and email.
