Panel Interface for Indicator

I need a panel interface developed for an existing MT4/MT5 indicator.

The resulting interface should be lean, functional and well thought out. The panel should be movable and closable.

The panel should remember the state of its buttons and switches when changing timeframes or restarting the platform.

The resulting code should not use terminal's global variables or DLLs. The end result should remain an indicator, not an expert advisor.

More info will be provided to the selected coder/designer.

If you are not an expert at developing user interfaces, then this job is probably not for you. I will ask for previous examples of your work to see if you qualify for this.
