Script to close the orders

Hi

I am looking for the MT4 Script to close the orders. The single script should have the following feature & is able to close the pending orders approx 100's of order in less than 4secs

A] Open Trades:  YES/NO  (When selected YES it will perform the below two tasks as per the user selection, If selected NO, should not touch the open orders)

1) Close only profit : YES/NO (This function when selected YES, will close only the Profitable trades and leave the loss trades as it is. For NO it will close all the open trades)

2) Close at Breakeven: YES/NO   (This function when selected YES, should close all the OPEN trades(both buy & sell) at breakeven.

B] Pending Orders:  YES/NO  (This should delete all the pending stop/limit orders in just few seconds)

The script should perform the above action on the chart on which it is set.
