EA that will open/close based on Bollinger, Moving Average and MACD

I want an EA that will:

 Open orders when gets signal from Bollinger AND MACD to either sell or buy (according to typical criteria described below) but at the same time has to go on the same direction as the moving average is going (up or down).

 Close orders when crosses the opposite Bollinger band. If it was a sell it will close when price crosses the lower band and if it was a buy it will close when the price crosses the upper Bollinger band.

On options side, I want to be able to manually choose between the 3 signals which ones will be used, and also the s/l and t/p levels. Here is an example:

s/l level options: fixed/percentage - how much

t/p level options: fixed/percentage/bollinger option (as described above)

Signals to be used: MACD / Moving Average / Bollinger (remembering that this is an AND function, all 3 must be in compliance).
