Experienced MQL5 Developer Needed for Ultra-Scalping EA, Strategy Design, Development & Testing

I am looking for an experienced MQL5 developer to design, develop, and test one very fast, aggressive ultra-scalping Expert Advisor exclusively for MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

I do not have a predefined trading strategy, so I need someone who can independently research and develop a suitable strategy rather than simply code existing instructions.

My requirements include:

• Strategy research, design, and MQL5 development from scratch.

• Fast trade execution, with positions potentially opened and closed within seconds.

• Proper handling of variable spreads, slippage, latency, and broker limitations.

• Real-tick backtesting, optimization, out-of-sample validation, and detailed performance reports.

• Risk management adapted to $50, $100, and $200 accounts, considering minimum lot sizes and broker restrictions.

• An assessment of Grid and Martingale approaches, including their risks and limitations.

• Delivery of the compiled EA, complete MQL5 source code, ready-to-use .set files, testing reports, and post-delivery support.

1. Have you developed MT5 ultra-scalping or HFT-style EAs before? Can you share examples or verifiable backtesting results?

2. How would you approach strategy development, execution speed, and risk management for this project?

3. What testing and validation methods would you use to evaluate the strategy's robustness?
