Open order when (timeframes) closed candles are all short/long

I need an expert advisor that open orders when the closed candles in more timeframes are both red or green, preceded by two controversial colors, not a hard work 

-Select timeframes for the close candle to analyze(M1,M5,M15,M30,H1,H4,D1,W1,MN) from 1 to all together.

- Select the principal timeframe to do the trades, like M5 will analize every 5 min(at the close of last m5 candle) if all colors are identical to open a trade.

-Choose how many times open the trade from the first coincidence of the same colors of closed candles (from 1 to infinite) reset when the colors come different

-Select hours to work 

-Select TP, SL and TS 

-Select % of account balance to risk

-Stop trading when %(to select) is reached in (select hours) 

-All candles green=short red=long.
