Simple Manual Trade Manager: 1 SL and 3 TP with Optional BE/TS in USD Value Only

I need a clean and simple MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisor / Utility to manage my manually opened trades (opened via PC or Mobile) based strictly on USD profit/loss values. 

Core Requirements:
1. Strictly USD Inputs: All targets, stops, break-even, and trailing parameters must be calculated and inputted using USD currency values, not pips or points.
2. Partial Closure (3 Take Profits): 
   * When floating profit hits TP1 (USD), close 33% of the position volume.
   * When floating profit hits TP2 (USD), close 50% of the remaining volume.
   * When floating profit hits TP3 (USD), close the entire remaining volume.
3. Hard Stop Loss: When floating loss hits Stop Loss (USD), close the entire position immediately.
4. Optional Break-Even (With On/Off Switch):
   * Must include a true/false switch to enable/disable.
   * When profit hits the trigger USD, move the Stop Loss to a secure USD profit level.
5. Optional Trailing Stop (With On/Off Switch):
   * Must include a true/false switch to enable/disable.
   * Trailing must lock in profits by moving the Stop Loss behind the price based on a strict USD distance.
