I
1. CORE STRATEGY & ENTRY LOGIC
- Single-position entry logic (Breakout / Trend Following). The developer must implement a robust, proven entry strategy (e.g., Market Structure Breakout, London Session Breakout, or Donchian Channels) optimized for XAUUSD (Gold) or EURUSD.
- Strictly NO Grid, NO Martingale, NO position stacking, and NO averaging down.
- Maximum 1 open position per symbol (or 2 maximum across the entire account).

2. HARD-CODED FTMO RISK MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY)
- Hard Stop Loss (SL): Every market order MUST include a fixed Stop Loss directly inside the OrderSend() request.
- Daily Drawdown Limit (3.5% Hard Stop): The EA must track daily equity (resetting at 00:00 CE(S)T). If daily losses reach 3.5%, close all positions, delete pending orders, and disable trading until the next day.
- Max Total Drawdown Limit (8.0% Hard Stop): If overall account drawdown reaches 8.0% of the initial balance, permanently halt the EA and close all positions.
- Dynamic Position Sizing: Risk per trade must be calculated dynamically based on account equity (e.g., Risk_Percent = 0.5% or 1.0%).

3. FTMO COMPLIANCE & FILTERS
- Automated News Filter: WebRequest integration to pause trading 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after high-impact news events (USD/EUR/GBP).
- Friday Auto-Close: Automatically close all open trades and delete pending orders on Fridays at 21:00 EST.
- Execution Filters: Max Spread filter, max slippage tolerance (3 pips), and minimum trade duration (>15 seconds) to avoid HFT flags.
- Trail / Break-Even: Move SL to Break-Even when Risk-to-Reward hits 1:1.

4. DELIVERABLES & REQUIREMENTS
- Full source code (.mq5 file) and compiled file (.ex5).
- Clean, well-commented code with unique MagicNumber input.
- A 3-year MT5 backtest report (99.9% tick data quality) demonstrating that the Daily Loss NEVER exceeded 3.5%.
