Fixing My indicator to show realtime arrows instead of historical/late entries

Hello im looking for someone to modify this indicator for it to show theexact arrows conformation after close, the issue im having is its showing me 4 hours after the move is made and i need it to alert me cande after close 
at the moment the arrows are showing as hiustoric and showing afterr the move has been confirmed (far too late) if anybody can help me build it so its exactly like the photos  in the exact same space as the photos without reainting or anything it would be a huge help :)
