Automated trader for breakout system

I'm not sure if this would be considered a script, or an EA.  But I have the parameters for the system.

I will enter the breakout levels manually for buy and sell.  Preferably by typing in the price for the chart it's running on.  (would like separate tabs for the buy and the sell). I will also type in the sl and tp manually into the program for the trade in the tab for the action.

Entering the buy or sell depends on candle close of the chart this robot is attached to. 

There will be a range typed in manually that if the candle closes within that range, (from breakout level to price x.xxxxx etc) the trade will open automatically, but if the candle closes beyond the range specified after price action breaks out, it will set up an order at the price I type in, and set up the sl and tp from the levels I typed in for that specific trade.

It will  email and sms/text me about the trade being opened.  

I will be able to give it instruction for the position size to be opened on a lot size tab.

Has an option to catch a retrace trade (where the tp is beginning of a reverse trade, and the breakout level is the TP).  SL price typed in manually.

Has option to close all trades it opened at end of trading week. (checkbox)

Can work on all currencies, as well a precious metals. 

Check box  for canceling order should price action reach tp without the order being activated.  Can be separate tab or on both of buy/sell tabs. Still allow retrace trade to be activated.

Would like settings changes from one computer to carry over onto the other computer on the same trading account, as I sometimes travel a lot and on short notice, and am in and out of wifi when I travel.  It would be good at the least if the changes from my laptop would go onto the main computer at home.  Not necessary though, if it will run for one week, and disable till reset....
