Fixing existing Breakout EA, minor issues

The strategy is clear and simple, but some things don't work like they should:
- Optimization / Backtesting problems, trades are not closing as they are supposed to at their desired time
- Check my inbuilt Randomization features (I doubt they are working correctly)
- Info Panel needs some rework and renaming of some settings

This means I want you go through the code and error-read it, so that it's fully operational.

Let's work

More detailled:

It's a breakout Strategy bot, with a few extra twists like Randomization (for Propfirm purposes), also it includes the option to trade two ranges within a day within just one EA setting, which means there are also restrictions within that one "chart", like: Only trade Session 2, if Session 1 did not loose...etc.

Now let's get to the errors and changes I'm looking forward to:
- When looking at backtesting: it look's like the bot is currently not listening to all restriction and closing rules. Apparently trades that don't hit SL, will just stay open untill they eventually hit SL or simply stay floating, which completely fails the Backtest. [I'm not experiencing this with Livetrading the bot]
- When Livetrading I have issues, that although using a different Magic Number for each Chart, that I'm letting the bot trade on, it sometimes stops fully operating and does not take trades, without the bot being removed from the Chart or any Reason being visible
- I think some errors that occur are also connected to the Randomization features (Time and Pip Randomization, that we use)
- Lastly there is some minor changes like Inputs that need to be removed / changed and the Info Panel might needs some rework
