Platform: MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
Scope:
Indicator or non-trading EA that scans multiple symbols, applies SMC/price-action logic on H4/H1 (HTF) and confirms entries on M15 (LTF). No auto-trading. Sends signals/alerts only via Telegram. I will place trades manually.
Core Logic
Analyse H4 & H1 for bias (Determine bullish/bearish bias using SMC market structure).
BOS/CHOCH detection on closed HTF & LTF bars.
Optional: choose whether to require both H4 and H1 agreement, or allow H1 to override H4.
LTF Confirmation (M15):
Trigger a signal on M15 only when LTF aligns with HTF bias.
LTF conditions (configurable checkboxes) such as:
Fresh BOS/CHOCH in HTF direction.
Liquidity sweep (equal highs/lows or wick-through prior swing) followed by displacement.
Fair Value Gap (FVG) creation and/or mitigation (min size in points).
Order Block (OB) touch/mitigation (define OB as last opposite candle pre-displacement; option to require 50% mean-threshold touch).
Let me decide how many confluences are required (e.g., BOS + sweep + OB touch).
Filters(toggleable):
Session/time filter (e.g., London/NY sessions).
Minimum ADR/volatility: user-defined pip/point threshold (default ADR (14)).
Time/session filter.
Spread filter (max spread per symbol).
Optional news filter.
Alert throttle (e.g., 1 alert per symbol per direction until invalidated).
Alerts include: symbol, direction, HTF bias + LTF trigger, confluences, entry zone, SL/TP suggestion, R:R suggested SL, timestamp (UTC+3).
Delivery channels (configurable):
MT5 pop-up + sound, Telegram Bot (mandatory): I’ll provide bot token & chat ID.
Default list: EURUSD, XAUUSD, GBPJPY, GBPUSD, EURJPY (I can edit).
No repainting: signals must be based on closed bars only. Don’t delete past arrows/markers after the fact.

Source code (.mq5) + compiled (.ex5).
User guide (PDF/MD)
Parameter explanations.
30 days bug-fix support after delivery.
Simple dashboard showing latest signals per pair (optional).
Clean code, no external DLLs (unless pre-agreed).
Timeline: Please propose realistic milestones with a short video demo before final hand-off.
Acceptance
Signals tested in Strategy Tester or demo, reaching Telegram correctly.
Code must be efficient for multi-symbol scanning.
