Convert Iq option script to .mq4, combining the combined script with another mt4 indicator to create an arrow alert.

I have sent the script and the bheuresko pattern indicator as well as the image of the script and indicator (below). The script is the image showing the arrows written ENTRAR and the Bheuresko pattern is the one written bullish engulfing and hammer but VERY IMPORTANT, All candlestick patterns the indicator shown by the indicator should be merged with the converted IQ script, not only bullish engulfing or hammer pattern as shown in the image. 

So basically 3 I want to request the following:

1. Convert the IQ option script to.mq4. The bheuresko pattern (which is based on candlestick patterns) indicator is an mt4 indicator but not in .mq4.

2. Once both are in .mq4, please combine the indicators so that when both appear SIMULTANEOUSLY (NOT NECESSARILY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WITHIN THE SAME CANDLE WITHIN MILLI SECONDS), an arrow alert should be generated on mt4.

3. The alert should appear on expiry of the current candle. MEANING THE BHEURSKO PATTERN (CANDLESTICK PATTERN) AND THE CONVERTED IQ SCRIPT (THOSE ARROWS YOU SEE IN THE IMAGE WRITTEN 'ENTRAR' WILL BOTH APPEAR IN THE CURRENT CANDLE BUT AFTER EXPIRY OF THE CANDLE SO ALERT SHOULD BE TRIGGERED ON EXPIRY (WHEN BOTH APPEAR, NOT WHEN 1 OF THEM APPEARS BUT BOTH)...NBNBNB: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT - ONLY WHEN BOTH APPEAR.

4. NEED AN MT4 POP UP ALERT AND SOUND ALERT. ALERT SHOULD ONLY APPEAR OR BE TRIGGERED ONCE - THIS IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT.
