JOB DESCRIPTION
We are building a cloud-based, self-sustaining trading algorithm designed to operate autonomously with minimal supervision. The system should leverage AI to analyze real-time market data and news, make trading decisions across multiple asset classes, and adapt dynamically to changing conditions.
OBJECTIVES
1. Generate consistent returns (target \~10% monthly +- 2%)
2. Maintain strict drawdown control
3. Operate 100% autonomously in the cloud
4. The bot gurantees timeless and efficient profitability.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
1. Fully deployed on a cloud provider (for example AWS, GCP, or Azure)
2. Must operate continuously without user input
3. System monitoring should be handled via internal tools or built-in alerts
4. Human intervention only for code updates or manual start/stop
5. Weekly model retraining scheduled during market closures
KEY FEATURES
1. Cross-market quantitative analysis (crypto, forex, futures, etc.)
2. News interpretation using natural language processing
3. Smart capital allocation and portfolio rebalancing
4. Historical backtesting with detailed reports
5. Automated model updates and continuous learning
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a developer with experience in machine learning, algorithmic trading, and full-stack system deployment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
2. API integration with brokers or exchanges (such as MetaTrader, Binance, etc.)
3. Strong background in quantitative finance or data science
4. Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment
5. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
NICE TO HAVE
1. Experience with NLP or sentiment/news data analysis
2. Familiarity with automated ML pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect)
3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for trading systems
