Convert two indicators from MT4 to MT5

I'm looking to have two MT4 indicators converted to MT5. The source code for both MT4 indicators is included.

1. An ADR (Average Daily Range) indicator

2.  A Rectangle Drawing Duplication Tool

Before selecting a developer, I require a working demo version of the converted indicators. This is to ensure the job can be completed as promised and to avoid going through arbitration if delivery falls short.
