Customized economic calender for MT4 (or other application) + Concentration Risk

Hello, 

I am looking for the development of an MT4 Programm (other application would work too, if it is more dynamic) that provides the following information and updates that information continuously. 

I want the following economic events protrayed by week, day, time and importance. Perhaps even some kind of "volatlity score": 

Interest Rate Decisions, Jobsreports, Inflation Reports, PMI Reports, Retail Sales, elections 

I want this for the following currency regions: 

EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, NZD, CAD, CHF, JPY

I dont need a genereic economic calender. I have tons of those. This should be a very dynamic tool that has marke-relevant info that pertains to trading (perhaps even expected move for currency pairs and so on).

The next step would be to protray some kind of "concentration risk" for the respective currency region if there are important events in a week or month. The goal is to add a fundamental layer to my trading that shows when big moves might occur based on important events. 

The final goal is to save a lot of time combing through economic calenders. This tool should update continuously and focus on the really important events that I outlined. A deep understanding of economic drivers, fundamentals and statistics is needed for this. 

This will be a great tool for many trades in the end.
