Converting PowerLanguage/EasyLanguage Signal to MQL5 EA

I am looking to convert attached PowerLanguage/EasyLanguage strategy into MQL5 EA.

This basically use my own definition of a technical indicators and place stop orders based on that. Sizing is based on % of capital to risk on each trade based on stop loss.

I expect same backtesting result in MultiCharts and in MT5 for the same instrument.
