DAX open Breakout

Hello, 

I am looking for a developer who can program a breakout for the opening of the DAX:

Range is 09:00 to 10:00, then a sell should be placed below and a buy above the range incl. adjustable buffer

If the range is greater than x points, it should be set that no position is opened. 

Within the time x from opening if no position was opened the orders should be canceled

SL adjustable Range 50% or 100%

It should be possible to set a trailing stop

RR should also be displayed TP etc.

When RR1 or 2 or 3 etc. is reached, the entry price should be hedged and the SL should be tightened.

Does the programmer have any good input for this strategy?
