IBKR TWS GTC refresh Utility

IBKR TWS will cancel any pending orders that last more than a couple of months.

I have been informed its possible to do a script that can prevent this, looking for developer to help me achieve an automated solution to this problem cause i dont want TWS cancelling my pending orders due to time issues.

So the Utility will need a way keep refreshing the pending orders in my TWS to ensure they are not cancelled no matter how long they remain pending orders.

I would like user options on refresh rate so i have some control over how much cpu this utility uses cause my computer is already very busy with MT5 and TWS terminals running.

Once completed will need source code as well as executable  on hand over.

The Utility will run on windows 10 and 11
