I need a developer to develop an indicator that can scan through numerous pairs and give signals.  the indicator will be able to catch when a trend is tired or week in corresponding with RSI Divergence of over bought or oversold. Simply at the weak momentum trend the RSI will be given a divergence sign . Any clarification let me known
