Add 1 new rule to existing indicator

i need to make an indicator base on following requirement

buy signal setup( sell signal should be opposite)

1= average price cross the single ema

2= candle high and low must be above ema (candle colour should be different)

3=macd line and signal line should be above 0 line

4= rsi indicator should be above 50

once all 4 requirement met , draw buy signal arrow , (shown in picture)

draw buy entry value and  stoploss and takeprofit  value , take profit has 4 levels ( shown in picture)

this indicator should work with all the time frame, 

example. if test on 5 min chart , signal should be given when 5 min candle closes (high and low) of candle is above/blow ema

if test on 4hour chart  signal should be given when 4hour candle closes (high and low) of candle is above/blow ema and rsi is above 50 and macd is above/blow 0 line
