Hello I have an indicator that would include in my strategy. I have the problem that a ex4 file. Is it possible to develop another indicator mq4 file as equal ?.

Added the T indicator.ex4 indicator for analysis. 

Additionally I want to develop an EA based on this indicator ex4 and yet another that I have in mq4. It is possible ?.  Added the other THV5.ex4 indicator for analysis. 

The EA should put 2 orders to meet the conditions: The first order must be close to THV5 color change indicator and the second order when the T Indicator indicator crosses back through zero.

The stop loss at the nearest fractal. Once the price moves to distance stop loss should be placed to break even.

Shipping indicator which wish to develop one like it. (T Indicator)
