Create TradingView indicator and sending alert to Telegram and MT5 EA

I need a custom made trading view indicator and MT5 EA to implement the indicator as a trade .

Indicator requirements : 

1. SuperTrend 
2. Volume 
3. EMA Cross
4. RSI AND MACD

EA positions only trigger by M15 or upper timeframe 

All requirements must match 

1. M1,M3,M5,M15 must be same direction (buy/sell) in order to trigger position 

e.g. M1,M3,M5 indicate buy signal , so the EA should wait for M15 turn to buy signal in order to trigger the position.

Remark: M30 Time Frame mean All Time Frame (Included the selected TF) below M30 should be the same direction in order to trigger position 

**EA allows to open buy and sell positions**

Scenario 1 : 

TradingView indicator popup a buy signal , and then the signal must be sending to Telegram Channel immediately , at the same time, this buy signal should transfer to a trade on MT4/MT5 EA . EA should allowed to setup TP level e.g. 300pips. Once the trade is TP , all position closed and waiting for next signal to enter a trade. 

Scenario 2 : 

TradingView indicator popup a buy signal , and then the signal must be sending to Telegram Channel immediately , at the same time, this buy signal should transfer to a trade on MT4/MT5 EA . EA should allowed to setup TP level e.g. 300pips. However, if the buy position not yet TP but sell signal is popup. EA should enter the trade (Sell position )as well with same TP level , sell position will be closed once the TP is hit and the buy position should remain here. If indicator popup a buy signal again , the EA should add one more layer for buy position. The lot size should be 0.01/0.02/0.03/0.04… respectively , until all buy position hit 300pips TP level ,all position closed and waiting for next signal to enter a trade.
