2 Indicators and 1 template based on same criteria

I need a quality Mt4 programmer to create 2 indicators and 1 template based on the same criteria setup.

The template with 1 inidicatior attached will display the specified currencies which are determined in the input variables with the following timeframes (M5,M15, M30, H1, H4, Daily).

An alarm will sound or an e-mail sent when all the criteria has been met as well as display the last date / time on the template (see attachment  #1 for example) Alarm  / E-mail can be turned on or off via the input variables.

The other indicator when attached to a specific chart will show up and down arrows of all the occurrences of the criteria setup. No Alarm is needed for this inidcator.

So when a new setup occurs on any of the chosen currencies in any timeframe an alarm will sound and a message appearing stating what currency / timeframe the setup occurred. When I go to that chart an arrow will display pointing me to the Candle (arrows should also display past setups on that chart).

The criteria Setup.

1)      A pin bar candle must be formed on any currency / timeframe specified in the input variable. The “Pin Bar Level” is also specified in the Input Variables – See Attachment #2 for my definition of a pinbar.

2)      For a Bearish pin bar the high must be the highest point of the last “X” candles (again X is defined in the Input Variables - see). For a Bullish Pin Bar the Low must be the lowest point of the last “X” candles (Same X variable)

3)      A confirmation candle (the one after the pin bar) must be formed and be in the opposite direction to the pin bar. Eg for Bullish Pin bar the confirmation candle must heading down, for a bearish pin bar the confirmation candle must be heading up. This confirmation candle must be optional and set in the Input variables as “True or False”. Ie If set to true then a confirmation candle is needed for the arrow / alarm to be activated. If set to false then no confirmation is needed and the alarm / arrow will be activated as soon as the pin bar candle has been formed.

4)      The pin bar must have broken through the standard Bollinger ban upper or lower level. Either any part of the wick or greater.

5)      The final criteria is that the pin bar must be formed within X bars of when the stochastic overbought / oversold level has been reached (again the overbought / oversold level is determined by an input variable.) For example if the input variables are “No. Stoch bars = 4” and “Stoch Overbought = 80” and the pin bar candle forms when the stochastic is 78% but 2 bars previously it was 84% then the criteria has been met and an alarm / arrow should be activated.

Summary

All the programming must be clearly labelled with descriptions etc.

I am very specific about the requirements of these 2 indicators and 1 template.  I need to make sure that it all works properly so testing and proof is needed during the development phase.
