Martingale tunnel strategy

I need an expert advisor that trades by martingale tunnel strategy. This is partially automated system, designed to manage and control open trades. All trades will be opened at my discretion. I open trades as I see fit, and EA will complete those open trades.

Also I must have the ability to expand tunnel size, modify lot size and take profit at any stage of trade: for example I opened a trade with 0.01 lot with tunnel size 40 pips, but market conditions changed after trade reached 0.24 lots and now I have decided to expand my tunnel to 50 pips and change to 0.30 lots. Basically the EA must have an option that I can modify the parameters during the trade and EA completes this trade with new parameters. The stop loss will be the same as tunnel size always - when I decide to expand tunnel size my Stop Loss also will change to the same size as the new tunnel size. And I must be able to change the tunnel size in the chart directly, by clicking tunnell lines up and down to reduce time.  

The important rule to this strategy is that when the order hits by Stop Loss then the Expert Advisor automatically opens an opposite order. And only one position will always be opened. Example my tunnel size is set to 45 pips and I decided to place a buy order but after a while it goes the wrong direction and hits - 45 pips loss, then EA automatically closes this buy position and opens sell position with larger lot size. The lot sizes will be by default:  0.01; 0.02; 0.03; 0.06; 0.12; 0.24; 0.48; 0.96.

For safety purposes must be option to choose max lot size and to stop trading when reached limit (I will choose manually that)

This strategy requires 30 min charts and MT4 platform

I need to be able to trade 20 different currency pairs at the same time on the MT4 platform. I use IC markets platform.
