Login Screen ASP.net MVC and SQL Server

an anyone build a login page for our application? I am attaching a screen shot for the login page and a landing page after successful login.

Please display dummy data on landing page.

We need this project in ASP.net MVC, SQL Server, jQurey & Bootstrap responsive css.

Please don't worry about the logo, you can use simple text for that.
