EA Using the Waddah Indicator

I need an EA that opens a position when a bar crosses and closes above the deadzonepip (red dashed line) of the waddah indicator. If the bar is green, a long position is opened and if red a sell position is opened.

See attached examples. A sell position would opened once the red bar crosses and closes above the red dashed line and a buy position would open once the green bar crosses and closes above the red dashed line.

Additionally, a pending stop order should be opened 1 pip above or below the previous candle.

There should be a "Close at Profit" input that closes the pending and open positions at a specified $ amount. For example, if the input for this is $100, then the EA will close the pending order and open positions once the profit is $100.

An alert input should be added. The alert should trigger if a position is opened.

There should be a "Time in GMT"  input in a HH:MM - HH:MM format that only opens positions during a specified part of the trading day. No position should be opened outside of this time. This time must be in GMT and not the broker's time.

Once this EA places the buy or sell order and pending order, the EA opens the next position only when in the opposite direction.
