i want to build a SUCCESSFUL EA and i have no idea where to start and where to finish in terms of

  • risk management 
  • money management 

i need it to be successful enough to make it to most popular on MQL market 

the applicant for the job should be a trader and a developer who knows what he's talking about 

the methods and ideas presented by the developer should be proven and tested 

if i reach a good formula with a developer i will assign him or her to the job of building the EA
