Copy mt4 to CTRADE and DXTRADE

I need to be able to auto copy trades from mt4 mt5 to dxtrade/ctrader/tradingview

also i will need the copy trades to trade the different currectys like gbpjpy on mt4/5 to gbpjpyi on dxtrade
