Create an EA to close the chart window after loss reached the target

Hi. I need a programmer to create for me 1 EA which the EA will do 2 things only: (a)- The EA will close the chart windows after the floating reached the % loss I set. Example if I set 30% loss from equity, EA will close the chart windows and leave only the chart where this EA installed. (b)- After EA close all the chart windows, EA will close all remaining open positions and delete the remaining pending position if any. In the setting, i can set how many % that I need for the EA to be active after reached the loss % from equity. Example my equity is $1000 and my set is 30%, means if the floating is over or equal to $300, EA will activate and do his things. I also need the EA where I can set my starting equity, means if the equity increase, the floating for 30% also will increase BUT if the equity less than starting equity I set in the EA, the EA will only read the starting equity. For easy understanding, EA will read the starting if the current equity is less and EA will read the current equity if the current equity is more than starting equity.
