Indicator alert for MT4

I want an indicator for mt4 with source code which will give an alert when a certain number of wicks have crossed over an SMA, ESMA, Bollinger Band, horizontal line, trend line or any other indicator I have chosen. The indicator is automatically able to detect which indicators are there on the graph currently and I specify the ones for which I need the alert. If that cant be done then there should be muliple slots where I can simply choose for which indicators I want this alert as explained in picture titled "Capture6".

I also choose the timeframes for which I need the alert. Feel free to ask me as many questions as you wish regarding this. 

So this is what I mean, I will try and explain with an example. I specify a number, lets say I specify 2, and I specify that they need to consecutive( I can turn this setting on/off, so I can say they need to be consecutive which would mean that both the bars will be side by side when they create the wicks on the chosen indicator) and the timeframes I have chosen is 1d, 15m and 30m, then soon as 2 consecutive wicks get created on any of the chosen indicatos in any of the three timeframes listed before, there is an alert generated. The alert will have the time and pair info as standard, it should also specify the timeframe in which the 2 consecutive wicks have appeared and the indicator for which the alert has appeared. 

Other than this information I should be able to write the message I want to appear with the alert, so I would be able to name the indicator. Right below where this section is there will be a spot where I can fill in the text which I want to appear when this happens.

I will be able to state whether the wicks need to be on the same side or not. I have explained that in picture titled Capture 3 with example.                                    

I should be able to apply this indicator multiple times on the same graph.

There should be an arrow that points to the place where ever the setup appears and I should be able to turn that arrow on/off, so I should be able to choose whether I want to see arrows on the graph or not. 

The product requirements are listed in this text and in the pictures so both need to be addressed and completed. I have tried my best to list all the features that are needed by the indicator in text and pictures combined but there might be things that might require changes. I would kindly request the deveoloper to keep in mind that I can ask upto 50 changes. I am not saying that this would definitely will be required since if the indicator functions as it should then no changes would be required but if it requires changes, which I am hoping it doesnt, then those changes can be upto 50. The 50 changes come into action if I have a functional indicator which does what I have requested for. If it turns out as something entirely different, which I doubt will happen, then the changes to get the correct product prodcued will not count as part of the 50 changes. I have a feeling though with the pictures I have used that will not be required.  

Also I might include requirement changes in the alert indicator since once you use a product you often spot additional information that you want from the indicator and for that reason the developer should keep in mind up to 10 requirement changes but again I seriously doubt if that would be needed since I think I have listed everything in the text. 

I would again like to request the developer that I would require a spell of 3 days 3 times while the market is open so that I can point out the problems. Again it is not necessary that this willl definitely happen but if it does happen, I would be able to request changes properly this way. Again I am hoping I dont have to use all the 3 attmepts since I have tried to explain everything in the pictures and the text. 

I have gone with the information I think should be displalyed when an alert is generated. If the developer thinks some information should be added or I have missed something, I would request that you suggest that to me that this info should also be added. Also feel free to asks me questions about the product.
