The strategy is simple: when the RROF Smooth (white line) crosses upwards the Signal Line in Color 1 (orange) below the -50 level, it indicates buy. When the RROF Smooth (white line) crosses downwards the Signal Line in Color 0 (blue) above level 50 it indicates sell.
