I have the source code of a simple MT4 indicator which draws lines using buffers.

I want the code to be translated into MT5 with only the addition of a HUD (heads up display). The heads up display should contain:

  • Current day's closed profit loss in currency (including commissions/swap)
  • Current day's closed profit loss in pips
  • Floating P/L in currency  (including commissions/swap)
  • Floating P/L in pips

The size/colour of the text in the HUD should be able to be changed by the user in the settings.

The logic and buffers are all set in the indicator already, and will be explained in my specifications document for further understanding.
