I need an Expert Advisor for MQL 4

I need an Expert Advisor without big trading strategies. A  Momentum strategy is sufficient to check the function for completeness.

I only need help with the basic structure of the expert, I program the strategy myself.

So I need the expert's source code and preferably with comments for better readability.

The expert should be Lot Optimized and be able to handle 2,3,4,5 digits.

The advisor should be able to do the following. As I said, I don't need entry and exit strategies. 

I have it myself. I have already created a small working expert, but unfortunately 

I don't have the time to deal with the development and the MQL reference due to my job.
