EA needed (urgent)

I need an EA that can open  buy stop and sell stop all at once (at specific time) following the MT4 time. Price to enter is previous candle high (buy) and low (sell) with spread add on calculation. Based on below parameters:

Time: (time to open the order, for example if using 1 hour chart, i set the time 13:00, which means it will open the buy/sell stop order based on 12:00 candle)

Lot:

Spread for buy: (XX  to add on with the previous candle highest price to determine the buy stop order price)

Spread for sell: (XX to minus on with the previous candle lowest price to determine the sell stop order price)

Take profits: (in pips)

Price must be automated generate based on above parameters.  Stop loss must be automated generate as well. Stop loss for buy will be based on sell stop price and vice versa.

I am using 5 digits MT4. Trial EA for me to try before payment is appreciated.
