Review existing project mt5 & mt4 terminal communication and trade management *existing source has comments in Russian

i have a project where the developer has disappeared.

the comment in the source are in Russian, so it is better if Russian is understood.

80% of the logic for mt5 is already completed.

it uses windows file operations, automatic hedging and other trade operations across multiple mt4 & mt5 terminals.

please describe:

a) if you can read Russian

b) if you have experience with higher complexity programming (not just mql indicators, but unit tests, asynchronous file operations etc - i prefer not to have to do this, but if we get to an infinite loop of features breaking in releases, we may need to)

c) if you are prepared to do full functionality testing on demo terminals before submitting releases

d) if you currently have availability 

integrity is 80% of any collaboration i engage in, any dishonestly or lack of attention to detail and the project will be immediately terminated.
