Need a simple script, Paying Very Well.

What I want to do is really simple, and if I wasn't a complete coding noob I could do it.  

I need a script to do the following: (I trade on BTC-E if it matters)

1) First I will manually set a lot of buy and sell limit orders from .01btc to .08btc (At the moment) I will set them in .1 USD to .3 USD increments.   EX:   Buy at 470, 470.1, 470.2   Sell at 473, 473.2, 473.3

2) Anytime a buy limit order executes, I want the bot to automatically set a Sell Limit Order @ 3 dollars ABOVE what it bought for.

3) Anytime a Sell Limit Order executes, I want the bot to automatically set a Buy Limit Order @ 3 dollars BELOW what that order sold for.

4) Would love if it was easy to adjust, once I see it built I can play with it and save a working version for backup. I sometimes adjust the strategy's amount or spread or increments.

5) The bot should now auto trade as long is it does not go above my highest sell or below my lowest buy.

Please help, I have funds ready and available. I know some of you could do this quickly.
