Plugin for integrating MT4 with an external website

I am looking to develop a plugin which will capture order related events in MT4 as follows

1) When an orderSend call is triggered, the plugin will capture this call and send all the parameters to a custom url

2) When an orderClose call is triggered, the plugin will again capture the parameters being send to orderClose and send them to a custom url

Basically I am trying to design a backend which will capture key events originating in MT4 and then provide very advanced analytics like

• account/pair/strategy level profit/loss
• % orders where profit target met, % where stop loss hit
• number of times stop loss levels shifted
• so on..

In phase 1, I am only looking for the plugin to implement orderSend and orderClose functions. Once my POC is validated, I will look to add proxies for other methods too.

I should be able to install this plugin in my local MT4 installation and do the testing.
