Simple EA

Hello,

I need someone to develop an EA for this simple strategy concept I have. 

The strategy is to draw a zone between 2 inputted times i.e 2:30am and 4:15am. So the highest and lowest points of the Zone are the are the highest and lowest of the price in that time span. On the high of the zone is an buy stop order placement and at the low of zone is a sell stop order. The stop loss is on the other order so for the buy order the stop loss is at the sell order. Only 1 buy trade per day and 1 sell order per day, therefore maximum 2 trades a day. Feature that can be turned on or off to close active/opened trades at a certain inputted time i.e 7:00 pm. Feature to delete pending orders at a certain inputted time i.e 9:00pm. I would like a break even feature that can be turned on or off, where if there is an active trade at a/after a certain inputted time i.e 3:00pm then the stop loss is moved to break even.

Requirements:

- Draw rectangle zone/range between 2 times that are inputted

- Place a buy stop order at the top of the zone and sell stop order at the bottom of the zone

- Buy stop order stoploss is at the bottom of the zone where the sell stop order is, vice versa for the sell stop order stoploss

- Maximum of 1 buy order and 1 sell order a day

- Feature that can be turned on/off,  to close active/opened trades at/after a certain inputted time

- Feature that can be turned on/off, to delete pending orders at/after a certain inputted time 

- Feature that can be turned on/off, to move stoploss to breakeven at/after a certain inputted time
