Convert a TradingView indicator to MT4 indicator

Hi there, I need a Pine Script tradingview indicator converted to an MT4 indicator.  The Pine script txt source code is attached. I don't care quite as much about the lines being converted if that is not possible, but rather the buy and sell alerts are essential as arrows/dots/etc.
