I need your help creating a Script or maybe an EA (whatever works best)

I need two parameters:

1. To Close ALL open trades when the total Equity of my account has reached a custom amount.

2. To send an Alert to my phone when the total Equity of my account has reached a custom amount.

Could you help me with this?
