Webhook generator based on TradingView trading actions

Hi devs,

I am looking for a software (application or chrome extension etc) that will generate webhooks based on trading actions done on tradingview.

The webhooks generated has to be instantaneous and reliable, and the webhook messages should be dynamic in nature.

Please share your insights on know how I can best implement the intended task, the estimated timeline and costs.
