Creating cross-platforms EA

hello Devlopers , I need an EA which can gathers data from tow broker terminals and process that data .

the main function is to switch tow mt4 platform on my PC and I need EA to get the data from both terminals and get ask price and bid price than 

compare the price between the both broker price.

Than get the defirance with pips between ask price from broker 1 and ask price from broker 2 and bid price from broker 1 and bid price from broker 2 ,(math calculation) .

entry point : 

When I  get the pips  defirance  desired  between bid price from broker 1 and bid price from broker 2  I decide which broker to Enter a trade .

the EA should be fast and the data should be getten from mt4 prices .

You should make a panel shown the chages in prices and the difirances between them and name of the tow broker and the  tow currency pairs or  the tow shares  compared.

the source code should be in both extensions .mq4  and   .exe4    .
