MAX BUDGET $32 I dont have more.

I Have a working News filter. SEE ATTACHED CODE 

I just need you to add, filter by country. Currently it filters all the news of the symbol to which the EA is attached to. Which is a problem if I attached my EA for instance for hard news to EURUSD - as it will filter even Italy and French news which I dont need it to filter. just EU union and Germany for instance.


I NEED THIS DONE WITHIN 3 hours from taking the job.
