Send MT4/5 Signal to FIX Client C++,mql,C# only

config file to real FIX api will be provided during demonstration  phase 

Job: Send order request from Mql4/5 through dll to c# .NET application to parse string into FIX protocol to relay the message to FIX server.

1. EA 1. dll , include files mqh, etc to complete the task.  

2. c# .NET windows application A. Connect to FIX server with config file B. display messages for debugging within app to ensure order execution is working proper
