Simple Robot based on 2 moving averages and backed up by a trailing stop loss

Dear Developers,  I want an experienced and dedicated developer with a proven track record of excellent work to develop a simple technical robot/EA capable of entering and exiting trades as per my specifications. The Robot should allow manual intervention but at the same time should be capable of automating trades without human intervention.  The developer must be prepared to offer proper technical guidance so as to smoothen this strategy. The basic instructions for the EA are that :::Should be able to open a trade once price touches the MA153. Automatically put a stop loss of 2.5 pips and a designated profit target. Should price move 1 pip into profit the EA immediately moves stop loss to 1 pip. If price fails to take off into profit after touching the 153 MA and price retreats back , the EA must automatically close the running trade and open a new trade in the opposite direction once the price touches the MA53. Parameters for stop loss and take profit are the same for this reversal trade. However, if price retreats back after touching the MA153 and fails to touch the MA53 to enable the reversal trade, this running trade must only close when stop loss is reached. The EA must repeat the same process without human intervention as long as conditions to open and close trade are provided. I shall attach screen shots of what I am explaining to the shortlisted. Some parameters in terms of stop loss level and take profit target may change. I should be able to enter or stop running trades using my mobile phone and I should be able to adjust targets manually. The EA will work on 1 minute time frames. Closure of trades will be based on either hitting the target or hitting the stop loss or hitting the MA53 which ever comes first.
