Conversion + explanation of an existing MQL4 EA to MQL5

Hi,

I have the source code of an EA written in MQL4 and I would like to have it in MQL5 also. The code should also be simplified where possible and add comments into the code so it is 100% clear how it works so we can add changes in the future.
