Need a bot to automate trading strategy that collects data and identify targets:

There are 3 steps:

step 1 - implement stategies 1,2,3 below:

strategy 1 to identify target: create short list of stocks that belong to both movers (most gained) and most active in nasdaq, amex and nyse. collect target price in yahoo finance. msn. morning star and cfra. collect data and produce summary report containing pe, yield, if it is over 50 and 200 moving averages, news for the day. average volume, revenue, outstanding shares and floating shares. hi-light the stocks that belong to most active/most gained and below target price in yahoo and morning star and is at least 20% below 52 week high.

strategy 2 to identify target: create short list of stocks that has made at some point belong to both most gained and most active in nasdaq , amex and nyse but has since dropped at least 50%.

strategy 3 to identify target: create short list of stocks that belong to most active and most losses and has dropped at least 40% and watch for news and stablization signal for rebound.

step 2: automated scripts to scrap data from popular sites (for eample yahaoo) and my trading accounts like investorline and td web broker and interactive brokerfor data and research material available to help pick stocks in step 1 and to keep track of my consolidated portfolio performance.

step 3: once step 1 is fine tuned and it seems to be working, create the bot to trade automatically.
